carefully selected long-term warrants to your portfolio
could be the key to your financial fortune and leave
you singing a happy tune.

In our website you
will be able to:

Brief Definition and Benefits of Warrants
A warrant
is a security issued by a company which gives the holder the
right, but not the obligation, to purchase the common shares
of the company at a specific price and which will expire on
a specific date in the future. Warrants are very similar to options
except that they trade like common shares. The potential benefits of purchasing warrants is to
increase
your leverage. This will potentially generate a much larger gain
as opposed to purchasing the common shares. You will learn more
this in our Learning Center. In addition, our audio
interview,
Warrants 101,
which will answers most of your basic questions on warrants.
We are excited to
now provide our readers FREE access to our
Warrant
Database and we are here for you if you need additional
information.
You will find many
of the companies in the database have multiple warrants trading.
Some have as many as four (4) warrants and deciding which one, if any,
you should invest in is not always an easy task. Different
expiration dates, different exercise prices, etc. will have you
scratching your head.

For
Subscribers we have recently revised all of our
leverage calculations on each warrant and now factor in
the remaining time until expiry using our proprietary 'Baker-Wilson L/T Formula'.
Rest
assured -
"We've Done the Math - You Pick the Company"
Our new leverage
calculations will greatly enhance your decision- making
process as to which warrants will potentially produce the
greatest gains.
We provide
subscribers with our Top Potential Warrants based on
gains in the underlying common shares of 100% & 200%
for Conservative warrant investors and 500% &
1000% for Aggressive warrant investors. The
results provide a great roadmap on how best to invest your
hard earned dollars. We always suggest that investors
only consider those
warrants with at least a minimum of 2 years duration.
And most importantly any warrants being
considered must be associated with companies you
believe have major price appreciation potential
within the duration period of the warrants. As we like to say, "We've Done the
Math - You Pick the Company".
In conclusion, we
strongly suggest you seriously consider subscribing to our
one-of-a-kind warrant database and utilize our new
approach to evaluating and ranking warrants.
Doing so will make you one of the most informed
investors around.
