A Look Over My Shoulder
Dudley Pierce Baker’s Personal Portfolio

This is Dudley
Baker and I welcome you to take a close look at this exciting
information which you will receive as a subscriber. Since
March 2005, when I started PreciousMetalsWarrants.com, subscribers and
many others have frequently asked which warrants I personally own. It
only makes sense that if warrants are my area of expertise that
subscribers lean on me for direction and want to know what I own. I have
struggled with how to provide this information without making
recommendations to all subscribers at the same time which could distort
the market for some of the warrants which have limited liquidity and
trading.
I am
excited to offer subscribers as part of your subscription this
information where I detail for
you my warrant holdings as well as my entire portfolio.

Required
Disclosure Statement:
Access to ‘A Look Over My Shoulder’ does not and should not be taken as a
recommendation to buy any of these securities or warrants. This is my
portfolio and you must do your own due diligence and consult with your
investment advisor before making any purchases. The spectacular
gains outlined above are no guarantee or assurance that gains of this
magnitude will be accomplished in the future and we take no
responsibility for any financial losses resulting from your purchase of
any of these securities or warrants.
1.
Subscribers will first see my current warrant
holdings including:
• Name of company and
link to their website • Link to current quotes • Current price of warrant • Capitalization of company • My current opinion – Buy or Hold
• The relative percentage of my warrant
holdings to my total portfolio

I list my
entire portfolio (including warrants) by category, i.e., Gold, Silver, Uranium, etc. and the
relative percentage of each category. As I write this,
I have 83 total positions, warrants and common
shares. I realize this may be overwhelming for many,
but I am comfortable with this exposure and I agree
with Bob Moriarty’s question: How many lotto tickets
do you want?
Enough to be a winner.
In addition, I list all of my purchases and
sales of
stocks and warrants within the previous 60 days so
you can get a good feel of my most recent interest.
3.
My Hot
List
Which
warrants and stocks are on my Hot List? For
this purpose I define,
Hot List, as those warrants or
shares I will probably be buying next. I am normally
'fully-invested'
at any given time and thus do not
always have the funds to purchase everything
immediately. You will see this Hot List and have the
opportunity to purchase immediately.

Updates
and Communications
Subscribers
to ‘A Look Over My Shoulder’ will have immediate access to all of the above information.
WEEKLY
UPDATES:
Each Thursday
evening, Dudley will furnish subscribers with an audio and visual
review with a casual walk through and discussion (about 15 minutes
of any changes (purchases or sales) for the week or other relevant
information. You will 'get into my thinking' and will want to stay
with our service throughout this bull market. I will inform you of
my views, purchases and perhaps most importantly, when I feel it is
time to sell.

Other Relevant
Information
All of my
investment positions are from open market purchases of shares or
warrants and none of my positions currently are from private placements.
The size of my
transactions is not sufficient, in my opinion, to move the market or to
greatly influence the pricing of either the common shares or the
warrants.
Each investor
must determine their own level of exposure and risk to their
investments. In my case, I am debt free, own a home in Ajijic, Mexico and have a U.S. Govt. Pension and I am comfortable with
my strong long-term bias and investments in the natural resource sector.
I do not
consider myself an analyst. I have access to numerous investment
newsletters written by my friends and peers in the industry. I
frequently defer to their judgment for recommendations as to specific
companies and evaluation of the properties. You will see the
list of these analysts in this service. I attempt to stay on
top of the markets and companies by reading many of these analysts
opinions and comments allowing me to make 'informed' decisions. As you
know, not all analysts are correct in their judgment or timing of the
markets, so I must development an overall 'feel' and opinion of the
markets in order to make my investment decisions.
My investment
philosophy is definitely one of an investor and not a speculator and I
prefer to hold long term. On occasions the markets will dictate what I
do, i.e., if my common shares or warrants advance rapidly in price, I
may sell earlier than originally intended. I am here to make money and
when the markets meet my investment objective, I will be a seller.
