For those subscribers who like to make their own decisions and know what to do with the information in our database, great! You probably do not need this service.

Those of you whom would like our assistance, this service is great to get you started. Previously our Personalized Recommendations were available for $895 but we have now decided to greatly enhance the service.

The Platinum Service now includes ALL of our services (for one year):

• You get our personalized recommendations (see below)

• Access to our Warrants Database

• Access to "A Look Over My Shoulder" - Dudley's Personal Portfolio

• Access to our InsidersInsights.com data for insiders buying along with all Buy and Sell Alerts.
  
   

The major reason we have not previously made recommendations to all subscribers is due to the liquidity of many of the warrants.  If we had made recommendations to all subscribers at one time, you probably would not have been able to purchase the warrants (at least at a reasonable price).  We have decided to offer "Personalized Recommendations" on a "one on one" basis in our Platinum Subscription thus giving you the benefit of our knowledge and the opportunity to purchase the warrants at our recommended prices.

We will strive for the best timing and performance but we can offer no guarantees.  We have no crystal ball and we are not technically investment professionals.  We are not registered investment advisors, investment brokers or certified investment planners.  Even after paying for and receiving our ‘Personalized Recommendations’, you are advised & encouraged to consult with your personal investment representatives.

Each request will receive our immediate attention.

After receipt of your email with the amount of monies you wish to invest and your preferred allocation (warrants vs. stocks), I will email you an Excel spreadsheet, with my recommendations usually within 24 hours.

Depending on the amount of monies you want to invest, we will usually be recommending a minimum of 4 companies and perhaps up to 8 - 10.  Our goal is to allocation your investment dollars to achieve maximum gains but diversified to prevent a significant position in any one company in case of a market down turn.

The markets and prices can change very fast so if you choose to follow our recommendations you should be prepared to act quickly to place your orders.

This is a one time listing of recommendations for you. We will not be furnishing additional follow ups on these recommendations.  We suggest you use the telephone number we will provide you for follow ups and our views in the coming days and weeks.  It will be your responsibility to contact us if you would like our advice or opinions

The decision, of course, is always with you, as to whether to purchase all of our recommendations or none.  Some of the warrants recommended may not be very liquid.  We will recommend the maximum price you should pay and exactly what to tell your broker in order to place these orders.

We estimate a minimum of 3 hours will be spent on each individual request and the preparation of our report and thus NO REFUNDS will be allowed on this service.  Also, it is very possible that we may personally have a position in some of the warrants or shares which we are recommending you to purchase.  If this bothers you do not subscribe to this service.  Also, we strongly suggest subscribers invest no more than 10% - 20% of their investment capital in warrants and please remember that warrants can become worthless if the underlying common stock is selling for less that the exercise price on the date of expiration.

By signing up and paying for the Platinum Subscription service for $895 (U.S. Dollars), you will receive our Personalized Recommendations and you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to all of the above.  Our only guarantee is that we will strive to provide you with the best recommendations (in our opinion) as of the date of you requesting this service.  Remember, there will be NO REFUNDS.
