Gold and Silver
started off 2010
with a great up
move and as we
write this piece
on Sunday
evening they are
continuing to
march forward
with gold up $17
to $1155 and
silver up $0.32
to $18.80.
It now looks
like gold will
try another run
for the previous
highs of around
$1220, the
question will
then be 'what
now'? or rather
'what then'?
We must all
realize that
gold has had a
great move in
the last 9
months or so and
perhaps is in
need of more
time and depth
to consolidate
before scaling
the highs we
look for in the
coming months.
That said, this
is a bull market
and surprises
tend to be on
the upside, so
anything is
possible.
As you know, our
view is to be
long-term
investors in
this bull market
basically
holding our
common shares
and long-term
warrants until
we believe the
top is in place
within the next
18 to 24 months.
However, we are
always looking
for
opportunities to
sell individual
holdings as the
news or markets
warrant (forgive
the pun).
We currently
believe the
upside potential
demands that we
stay the course
and hold our
positions.
We believe
this bull market
is still in the
early stages and
the biggest
gains are yet to
