Chats
As you may
recall I am
traveling
and today I
am in
Santiago,
Chile. My
friend
and tour
director so
to speak is
Arnold Bock
who has
written
several
articles on
my website.
If you have
not read any
of his
writings I
encourage
you to do so
by checking
them out by
scanning
down the
list of
articles on
my site
including:
The Current
Global,
Words of
Wisdom,
Lighten Up,
Crazy Man's
Rant.
We have just
listened to
the Saturday
Audio's
available
from Jim
Puplava on
Financial
Sense
Newshour.
You should
make these
audio's
required
reading each
week. Arnold
and I
discuss the
current
situation at
length, at
each meal
and at
virtually
every minute
of our trip.
We see the
end results
being
hyperinflation.
Could there
be another
conclusion?
We think, we
analyze, and
discuss,
looking for
other
options. As
Arnold
say's,
perhaps
The Tooth
Fairy
will show up
and save us
all. We both
feel, we as
investors,
are
correctly
positioned
in precious
metals to
reap great
benefits in
the future.
We also
agree the
commodity
bull market
is still in
tack,
yes, greatly
shaken, but
it will
resume its
uptrend
soon,
leaving
behind many
investors
who exited
this sector
thinking the
bull market
was over.
Patience
is the key word
as this could
take longer to
play out than
any
of us thinks possible.

Lorie
Wilson,
another
friend who
has written
several
articles for
me in the
past,
currently
has an
article out
recently
posted on
several
websites
analyzing
the gold
indices. A
good read.

Warrants: More
Bang for Your
Buck
I encourage
you to review
your current
holdings. If
you feel that
the company is
on track, will survive and prosper then we would
suggest you buy more
that these
distressed
prices and thus
greatly average down
on your
investment cost.
This will
allow you to recoup your
investment
faster and
put you on a
fast track to
future gains. Whether your holdings are common shares or
long-term
warrants which
were
purchased at higher prices you need to take advantage
of the current
market conditions and purchase more.
As mentioned
above, there are
numerous
long-term
warrants which
are begging to
be purchased and most are selling for less than $0.50
Canadian. One
can be bought for $0.06 and has a remaining life of over 4 years and is one
of my personal
top holdings. Let's remember the reason we buy warrants in lieu
of the common
shares; leverage, more
bang for the
buck, so to
speak, and we
are always
looking for
these long-term warrants to increase better than 2 to 1 over the
rise in the
common shares. The question for you is: why not purchase the
long-term
warrants on a
company that you really like, instead of the common shares?
It is insane not
to, in my opinion. It is time get smart and join the savvy crowd and
learn about
warrants and how they can supercharge your portfolio.
