A 200% Gain in Two Weeks

On Monday, April 27th, I personally purchased the new warrant A on Breakwater Resources at C$0.065. Breakwater Resources has been greatly challenged in this current investing environment and their share price has plunged down below C$0.10.

As bad as it is, the old warrants which traded on Breakwater were one of my largest percentage gainers, over 1,000%. To see another warrant trade on Breakwater, was for me, an easy decision to deploy a few investment dollars.

Little did I know when I purchased this new warrant on April 27th that the common shares (and the warrants) would soon explode upwards in price on monster volume. These warrants closed Friday at C$0.185 for a roughly 200% gain. Sometimes we get lucky. Perhaps it was luck, or perhaps my knowledge and preparation, allowed me to make this wise decision. Either way, it is 'Time For You To Get in the Game' and we'll be there to assist you.

A Frank Discussion From Dudley Baker

Why is it so difficult for investors to be patient

In most of my articles and commentary you will detect a positive/optimistic tone. This does not necessarily mean I believe we will rally tomorrow but is representative of my longer term views of the direction of gold and the junior mining sector. I, like every other newsletter writer/analyst do not possess a crystal ball. The question each day is 'do I buy today or wait'? Wait for what, wait for when? Whom is going to ring the bell and say definitely this is now the time to buy. No one knows or will ever know for sure. So, we make decisions in real time with the strong belief and conviction that we will be big winners in the coming months and perhaps 3 years down the road. Can you wait? Can you be patient? Do you have what it takes, the patience and guts to succeed?

Frankly, I would like all of you reading this to join us on this journey. If you are not yet a subscriber, it is time to get on board. If you are a former subscriber, where did you go and why? The opportunities available in our services (and a new one coming this week) are some of the best I know of. I currently have access to around 12 different newsletters and I would put mine amongst the top, not necessarily for discussions on the markets, but for our recommendations.

I learn something from all of the newsletters out there. Some have great charts, some great commentary, some great interviews, and some with good recommendations. However, my take is that most in the business get an C or below on their recommendations.

Our objective is to make money, big money, care to join us?

Patience and Guts: Do You Have What It Takes?

Are you an investor in gold and the junior mining sector? If so, are you discouraged, have you given up, perhaps sold out? Of course, this is your choice, but not a good choice, in my opinion.

Few investors will ever be rich because they lack the patience and guts to succeed.

Absolutely nothing has changed which would have altered investors views as to the strong and compelling reasons to own gold and the mining shares. In fact with the governments of the world flooding the world with more and more paper, the argument for gold is even more compelling now than ever.

I realize many investors have lost substantial amounts of monies in the last 8 months or so. The same is true for those investors who owned Bank of America, Lehman Bros, AIG, GM, and the list goes on and on. Even more damage was done to the mining sector. But how you view your investments is most telling.

Remember, you do not have a loss UNTIL you sell your positions. The game is not over until you sell.

For those subscribers to our warrant database, you may have purchased warrants which are down substantially in price. Many are 'way out of the money', meaning the share price is substantially below the exercise price of the warrants. Depending upon your long-term view of gold and the mining shares, there are two ways to view this situation.

You can choose to say many of the warrants are total losers, I have lost my money and I am out of here. Or as I and other savvy investors/subscribers believe this is the buying opportunity of our lives. Specifically, in the case of long-term warrants with  remaining life's extending into late 2011 and beyond, we believe, regardless how hopeless you think, that it is possible these investments will work out to our advantage and some have a chance of being coming homeruns.

Sure the mining sector has been hit hard but you must decide whether to run and hide or have the patience and guts to hold to your views and conviction of the eventual direction of gold and the mining sector.

In our opinion, it is time for investors to be ready for the strong possibility of a major up move in the junior mining sector.

Moving right along......
